Assistant Director

The Assistant Director, also known as the Assistant Head of School, partners with the Head of School to ensure a high-quality Montessori learning experience, exceptional parent service, and a supportive staff environment. This role focuses on building community, leading outreach initiatives, managing enrollment, and overseeing day-to-day school operations. The position requires a leader with early childhood education experience and strong organizational and communication skills.
