Assistant Estate Manager

The Assistant Estate Manager supports the Estate Manager in delivering an efficient, safe, and innovative environment for occupiers and visitors while protecting the value of the landlord's asset. This role involves coordinating fabric, cleaning, security, and maintenance activities, managing service charge budgets, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The position also includes assisting with event planning, retailer relations, and acting as a deputy to the Estate Manager as needed.
