Assistant Executive Director

The Assistant Executive Director assists the Executive Director in managing all aspects of the facility, including planning, organizing, budgeting, and overseeing clinical and medical care to meet agency, state, and federal standards. This role involves promoting performance improvement and service delivery aligned with the organization's mission to remove barriers to recovery. The position requires strong management skills in human resources and financial matters, as well as the ability to coordinate services with community resources.
