Assistant Executive Housekeeper

The Assistant Executive Housekeeper (AEH) supports the Executive Housekeeper in managing site housekeeping operations, ensuring quality standards, timeliness, and budget compliance. The role involves scheduling staff, overseeing cleaning inspections, handling inventory, training, performance management, and addressing guest and associate concerns. The AEH also acts as the primary manager in the Executive Housekeeper’s absence, maintaining positive relationships with resort management and clients.
