Assistant Executive Steward

The Assistant Executive Steward supports the Back of House Executive Team in leading the stewarding team to ensure exceptional kitchen sanitation, cleanliness, and efficient management of non-food equipment and supplies across all casino restaurants and banquet operations. This hands-on leadership role focuses on maintaining high standards, driving team performance, and ensuring smooth daily operations within the Food & Beverage department. The position involves supervising staff, enforcing health and safety standards, and stepping in to lead shifts in the absence of the Executive Steward.
