About this role

Support Facilities Operations, monitor equipment and supplies, collaborate with the Operations team, lead and develop the team, manage costs and compliance, uphold safety and standards, and ensure guest experience.

Responsibilities

Support the Facilities Manager in the day-to-day operation of the Maintenance Department
Monitor the operation and proper use of all equipment and systems throughout the venue
Monitor the use and inventory of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment
Collaborate with the Operations team on building and grounds maintenance priorities
Coach, develop, and drive engagement with Facilities team members and Porters

Skills

Qualifications

3+ years of maintenance experience, with at least 1 year of recent supervisory experienceExperience in building maintenance, equipment repair, and facilities systemsHigh school diploma or equivalentClean driving recordExcellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
