About this role

A Public Works Specialist manages functions including timekeeping, human resources activities, inventories for fleet and operations, and reports; coordinates building/groundskeeping needs and repairs; is on call 24/7 for inclement weather and emergencies; assists with the annual road program, ice and snow removal, and annual work plan; coordinates operations within the department and ensures requests for service are investigated; and is liaison for the department dealing with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
