Prologis is seeking an Assistant Fund Controller in Luxembourg to support financial and operational reporting for European property funds. The role involves ensuring accurate accounting, preparing consolidated IFRS financial statements, calculating Net Asset Values, and assisting with external audits in a dynamic real estate investment environment.

Responsibilities

Ensure correct consolidation of real estate fund subsidiaries and transactions.
Prepare consolidated IFRS financial statements and quarterly investor reports.
Calculate Net Asset Values in accordance with fund documents and INREV guidelines.
Assist with interim and year-end financial audits for consolidated financials.
Prepare regulatory reporting for AIFM, CSSF, and BCL compliance.
