About this role

The Assistant General Counsel, Americas serves as the lead attorney and strategic legal partner for Telix's Phase 3 and go-to-market activities in the Americas region. This role covers the full Phase 3-to-commercial product lifecycle, including FDA labeling, promotional review, healthcare fraud and abuse compliance, market access, and commercial launch readiness. The position requires an experienced life sciences attorney to provide strategic counsel and manage legal matters for the company's largest market.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary legal partner for Americas commercial and medical affairs leadership
Advise on FDA labeling strategy, promotional review, and healthcare fraud and abuse compliance
Manage litigation, dispute matters, and outside counsel relationships for the Americas region
