Assistant General Counsel (Staff Counsel Operations)

An Assistant General Counsel on the Staff Counsel Operations team provides legal guidance to business unit leadership, aligning counsel with USAA’s strategic goals and regulatory obligations. The role works with internal stakeholders and outside counsel to advise on significant organizational matters and supports governance and decision-making. The position is remote-eligible within the continental U.S. with some on-site expectations for those near a USAA office.
