Assistant General Counsel

The Assistant General Counsel serves as a trusted advisor to leadership and administrators at Golden Gate University, providing practical legal counsel on a wide range of issues facing a modern higher education institution. The role covers contracts and transactions, regulatory compliance, employment and labor, governance, and international programs. This position reports directly to the General Counsel and supports the university's diverse academic and operational needs.
