Assistant General Counsel

The Assistant General Counsel provides legal counsel to the Credit Union on a broad range of legal, operational, regulatory, contractual, and strategic matters, including litigation, dispute resolution, and contract negotiation. This role partners with the General Counsel and business leaders to manage legal risk, support strategic objectives, and provide practical legal guidance that advances the organization's business goals. The position involves managing litigation matters, advising on legal issues arising from products and services, and supporting fintech and vendor relationships.
