The Assistant General Manager (AGM) plays a vital leadership role in supporting the overall success of the club by fostering an inclusive, welcoming, and high-performing environment for both members and team members. As a key extension of the General Manager, the AGM helps oversee daily operations, drives membership growth, supports team development, and ensures exceptional member experiences that align with the standards and values of the organization. In the absence of the General Manager, the Assistant General Manager assumes responsibility for club operations and serves as the primary leader on-site.
