Assistant General Manager

The Assistant General Manager leads operational managers in executing daily, weekly, monthly, and annual action plans aligned with the property's strategic plan. This role involves overseeing Rooms and Food and Beverage division budgets, revenue forecasts, and expense management while ensuring compliance with brand standards. The position also includes participating in the Executive Committee to help create and execute the hotel's financial objectives.
