Assistant General Manager

The Hotel Alex Johnson is seeking an Assistant General Manager to assist the General Manager in overseeing daily resort operations, including food and beverage outlets, hotel operations, guest relations, housekeeping, revenue and expense management, and associate development. The role involves directing property operations to ensure optimum performance and continual improvement across key result areas such as guest service, employees, sales and marketing, property appearance, and profit and financial control. The Assistant General Manager is responsible for goal setting, employee motivation and discipline, labor expense control, and resolving guest-related issues in accordance with company goals.
