Assistant Housekeeping Manager

The Assistant Housekeeping Manager supports the Housekeeping Manager in directing daily operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest service across a 191-room hotel. This role oversees staffing for approximately 30 team members, ensures compliance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement, and partners with Front Office and Engineering teams to drive guest satisfaction and productivity. The position provides leadership to supervisors and hourly staff, serving as the department leader in the absence of the Housekeeping Manager.
