The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Centers Command Central Territory
The Assistant Human Resources Director provides operational leadership and strategic support within the Divisional Human Resources Department for the Eastern Pennsylvania and Delaware Division. This role supervises Benefits and Leave Administration, leads HR Information Systems, and ensures departmental processes remain efficient, confidential, and compliant with all relevant laws and policies. The position acts as a trusted advisor to management on policy, compliance, risk mitigation, and employee relations, assuming full operational leadership in the absence of the Divisional HR Director.
