Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager

The Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager supports the store’s mission to create an enjoyable shopping experience by handling sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, while also recruiting, training, and developing teammates. This role works closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team, shares responsibility for store leadership in the manager’s absence, and oversees visual merchandise, store operations, and supervisory duties.
