Assistant Land Development Manager

The Assistant Land Development Manager supports the Land Development Manager in overseeing all aspects of land development for communities, from site clearing to final home site completion and permit acceptance. This role involves coordinating subcontractors, managing construction schedules and budgets, and resolving daily operational issues. The position requires frequent travel between job sites and collaboration with city/county staff, consultants, and trade partners. The role also includes ensuring environmental compliance and assisting with storm water pollution prevention plans.
