Assistant Manager, Application Support

The Assistant Manager, Application Support role is responsible for supporting Chubb Thailand's business applications, including web applications, user support, and troubleshooting, to ensure high service quality and user satisfaction. The position involves managing multiple open cases, analyzing and resolving application problems, and maintaining effective communication with management and IT staff.
