Assistant Manager, Branch

This role serves as a supervisor to all branch personnel, working alongside the Branch Manager to ensure consistent policies and procedures. The associate assists in the day-to-day operation of the branch, supervising staff in the manager's absence, and ensuring high-quality member service. Key duties include hiring, training, and evaluating staff, as well as overseeing scheduling, cash ordering, and branch workflow.
