This role ensures statutory compliance, delivers people-centered solutions, and partners with the regional Malaysia HR team to enable a consistent and positive employee experience. The position involves managing the full employee lifecycle, local recruitment, performance management, and employee relations while maintaining strong relationships with government agencies and external stakeholders.
