The role is responsible for managing front-end mobile systems initiatives and ongoing BAU support within FWD Group’s regional IT function, supporting implementation of life systems across Asian markets. The position sits within FWD Technology and Innovation Malaysia and focuses on delivering and maintaining mobile and digital distribution channel solutions aligned to the Group systems framework. It supports regional countries by coordinating with stakeholders, vendors and Group IT teams to enable business growth and operational excellence.
