Assistant Manager, Mainland Customer Experience Development

The incumbent will recruit, train, and manage Racing Ambassadors and Hosts to engage customers and provide expert guidance on horse racing activities. This position involves creating training materials, coordinating event logistics, and evaluating staff performance for the Grand Opening and subsequent events.
