This full‑time role involves overseeing daily activities, managing a team of Pet Welfare Assistants and Foster Coordinators, and meeting pet‑related targets without cattery or kennel facilities. The position requires strong people‑management, decision‑making, and communication skills, as well as a current full driving licence.
