Assistant Manager, Solutions Center

The Assistant Manager, Solutions Center supports the Manager in the day-to-day leadership and performance of the Solutions Center, focusing on people leadership, employee development, and operational execution. This role partners with Tier I Supervisors to ensure employees are coached, trained, and held accountable to performance and quality standards. The position serves as a key leadership resource, translating departmental goals into consistent day-to-day execution and providing visibility to the Manager on team performance and operational concerns.
