Assistant Manager Trainee

The Sherwin-Williams Assistant Manager Trainee Program is an accelerated, entry-level position designed to prepare current employees for a Store Management role in 18-24 months. The role involves collaborating with store management to oversee a million-dollar business, learning all operations, clients, and internal strategy, and growing the company’s market share by selling to large commercial users. Upon successful completion of the initial training, you will progress into an Assistant Store Manager position.
