Assistant Manager

This role is an Assistant Manager position responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of a Kwik Trip retail and food location. Key duties include hiring, training, and scheduling a team of 20 to 60 coworkers while managing inventory, food safety, profit and loss statements, and store cleanliness. The incumbent must be willing to work in the kitchen and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
