About this role

The Assistant Manager will support the efficient operation of the Cognitive Neuroimaging Centre at NTU, handling equipment scheduling, logistics for training and events, database maintenance, billing coordination, participant recruitment, consumable procurement, and stakeholder communications. The role works closely with the Assistant Director to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations of the neuroimaging facility.

Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate MRI, MEG, fNIRS, TMS, and EEG sessions
Maintain comprehensive scan database and manage billing and payments
Assist in participant recruitment and support neuroimaging studies
