Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager partners with the Managing Director and Floor Director to oversee all aspects of the boutique's business, including driving sales, developing clients through CRM initiatives, and coaching staff. This role involves daily supervision of the sales team, ensuring exceptional service standards, and managing operational responsibilities such as scheduling, inventory, and performance evaluations. The position requires a strong presence on the sales floor to model the Hermès spirit and support the client experience in a fast-paced luxury environment.
