Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager and oversees business operations in their absence, coaching the team to reach their full potential while upholding core values of care, community, and connection. This role involves maintaining high standards in food safety, health and safety, stock control, cost control, and waste management. The position requires supervising the serving of alcohol and working a variety of daytime and evening shifts across five days a week.
