The Assistant Manager leads strategic transformation programs across GBS Finance, driving enterprise initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, process standardization, and digital transformation. This role serves as the Finance Transformation & PMO lead, managing cross-functional projects, governance, and stakeholder alignment to deliver on the GBS roadmap. The position requires close collaboration with Finance leadership, IT, and regional stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives and realize business benefits.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple Finance transformation initiatives from planning through implementation
Drive project governance by monitoring scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and resource planning
Lead strategic initiatives focused on Finance process transformation, standardization, automation, analytics, and AI enablement
