Assistant Manager

This role represents LensCrafters as the premier destination for vision needs, delivering key performance metrics and supporting store business plans to maximize sales and profit. The position involves partnering with the store manager to lead and develop the team, executing visual directives, and maintaining positive working relationships with doctors.
