Assistant Manager

CERU is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager to lead from the floor and maintain exceptional service standards in a fast-paced, Eastern Mediterranean-inspired restaurant group. This role requires mastering all front-of-house positions, including waiter, bartender, and food runner, to support the Restaurant Manager in driving performance and guest satisfaction. The position involves running sections, coaching the team, and ensuring consistent, high-energy hospitality across multiple Central London sites.
