Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager leads, develops, and motivates a team of Brand Advocates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience that reflects Vans' brand values. This role partners with the Store Manager to drive profitability through excellence in customer engagement, merchandising, operations, and community connection. In the Store Manager's absence, the Assistant Manager assumes full responsibility for the store.
