McAlister Institute is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Manager to support the delivery of high-quality substance use disorder treatment and recovery services at an adult outpatient program. This leadership role combines direct client care with program oversight responsibilities, helping ensure effective, evidence-based services for adults, including individuals with co-occurring disorders and those involved in the criminal justice system. The Assistant Manager serves as a key member of the treatment team and acts as the Program Manager's designee when needed.
McAlister Institute for Treatment & Education is a nonprofit organization providing high-quality, low-cost substance abuse treatment, drug intervention, and recovery support services to more than 13,000 men, women, teens, and children throughout San Diego County. The organization operates 24 programs spanning prevention and education, outreach, intervention, outpatient and residential treatment, aftercare, and sober living.
