Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager supports the Property Manager in ensuring the efficient operation of the Grayhawk Apartments at River's Edge. This role involves managing resident collections, handling leasing duties, and executing marketing and social media strategies to enhance resident retention. The Assistant Manager also prepares statistical reports and assumes full responsibility for the property in the absence of the Property Manager.
