Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager supports the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring compliance with HUD and other regulatory agency requirements, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service to residents and applicants. The role involves assisting with leasing efforts, processing applications, and preparing lease paperwork while maintaining compliance with Fair Housing and company policies. Additionally, the position handles rent collection, financial administration, and maintenance coordination to ensure smooth property operations.
