Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager reports to the House Manager and assists in the overall management, supervision, and coordination of staffing, medical appointments, and clinical needs to ensure essential services are provided to individuals in the residence. This role involves supporting the team of direct support staff, managing documentation, and participating in individual service plan meetings. The position requires a candidate with experience working with individuals who have developmental or intellectual disabilities.
