Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager assists the General Manager in leading and coaching team members to maximize the guest experience and is accountable for store operations in the GM's absence. This role serves as a pool of future senior operations leaders, focusing on delivering best-in-class service and maintaining Twice Daily brand standards. The position involves supervising store operations, training staff, and ensuring product freshness and inventory levels are maintained.
