Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations as the manager-on-duty, assisting the Store Manager in managing all aspects of the retail store, and promoting excellent customer service. This role focuses on maximizing sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, inventory control, expense management, and human resource oversight. The position also involves handling customer inquiries, ensuring compliance with security and sales procedures, and assuming Store Manager duties when necessary.
