Assistant Mechanical Coordinator

The Assistant Mechanical Coordinator supports the Mechanical Coordinator(s) and reports to the Mechanical Director – Operations, assisting with design document review, construction document preparation, estimating, procurement, and project coordination on large‑scale U.S. Embassy and Consulate projects. The role involves administrative support, vendor communication, and maintaining project documentation in compliance with USG requirements.
