Assistant - Merchandising

The Assistant - Merchandising role supports the merchandising and supply chain process within the Activewear Value Stream, ensuring production aligns with agreed timelines. This position involves collaborating with merchandisers and cross-functional teams to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, as well as final buyers, to guarantee the timely delivery of raw materials and garments. The role is based at the Activewear facility in Biyagama, Sri Lanka, and operates on a 1-year fixed-term contract.
