About this role
Cleveland Clinic is hiring an Assistant Nurse Manager for its cardiothoracic step-down units (J51/J53) on the Main Campus in Cleveland. The role supports unit operations and clinical excellence for post-operative open-heart and LVAD patient populations while partnering closely with the Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary teams. This is a days/evenings rotation position with variable start/end times and weekend shifts within the scheduling period.
