Assistant Nurse Manager (RN) - CTICU

This role provides holistic, quality, and cost-effective nursing care for patients and families within a specialized unit, applying the nursing process and organizational frameworks. The position involves functioning as a clinically competent nurse who delegates and supervises work appropriately while maintaining awareness of the episode of care. The Assistant Nurse Manager reports directly to the Unit Manager to support patient populations and service areas.
