Assistant Operations Manager

The Assistant Operations Manager reports directly to the Operations Manager and actively participates in all aspects of facility and operational management. This role supports Supervisors to ensure operations meet targets and maintain standards while maintaining safety, accuracy, and high employee morale on the assigned shift. The position involves leading facility activities, ensuring employee safety and training, and driving continuous improvement through project management and lean principles.
