Assistant Performance Coach

The University Athletic Association at the University of Florida is seeking an Assistant Performance Coach to support athletic performance programs for men’s and women’s tennis. The role involves assisting with sport‑specific strength, agility, conditioning, and speed training, overseeing weight‑room activities, and monitoring student‑athlete work ethic and technique. The position requires lifting heavy loads, flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and travel, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
