About this role
Assistant Physicist (equivalent to a tenure-track Assistant Professor) position in the Particle Theory Group of Argonne National Laboratory’s High Energy Physics Division. The search covers all areas of theoretical particle physics with an emphasis on particle physics phenomenology and related emerging areas such as AI/ML and quantum information. The appointment is intended to join a broad HEP program engaged with experimental and theoretical efforts across multiple frontiers. The anticipated start date is Fall 2025 with applications encouraged by June 30, 2025.
