Assistant Planner

The Assistant Planner supports the planning and buying teams during pre- and in-season planning processes to achieve sales and profit objectives for merchandise categories. This role involves assisting with the development and execution of financial plans, assortment, and buy plans, while managing Open to Buy (OTB), receipt management, and merchandise analysis. The position requires collaboration with buying teams, vendors, and internal departments to drive business performance and maintain inventory targets.
