Assistant Planner

The Assistant Planner performs routine professional land use planning assignments in Current Planning, acting as a project planner for less complex planning projects involving minor permit review and processing. The role involves providing information on County procedures and regulations, reviewing and processing land use applications for accuracy and compliance, and preparing staff reports with recommendations for Director-level approval. This position supports safe and responsible property development and community standards within the County's unincorporated areas.
